The asked me to find a better solution. I soon discovered that there was no CRM software designed specifically for business managers. Therefore, I spent months designing and building a software solution built on the world’s largest CRM, Force.com. This was done with the help and input from the people who would be using it on a daily basis: the business manager and his account managers.
